COTT Management

The Management team are professionals who promote, facilitate and support our membership and its needs.


A certified Accountant, Ayanna Belgrave-Lewis has served as COTT’s Manager of Finance and Administration since January 2006. Her portfolio at COTT has grown throughout her tenure as she is responsible for the overall management of the organisation’s financial resources so as to ensure that COTT conforms to the guidelines and standards set by all legal, statutory and regulatory frameworks. 

Mrs. Lewis’ responsibilities also include budgetary tracking, income projections and providing guidance to the Board and Management of COTT for an effective operation.


Karishma joined COTT in May 2008 as the Distribution Analyst, a position she has performed effectively in over the years. Previous to this position, she was a Lecturer’s Assistant at the School of Business and Computer Science and an Assistant Examiner with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).

She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Business Administration from the Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Systems Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

In addition to her professional contributions, Karishma is actively involved in the community in which she lives, being a member of the Aranguez Community Council since 2004, and currently holds the position of Education Officer/Executive Member.


    Machel and Kes the Band for the 2011 Soul Train Awards

    machelThe Soul Train Music Awards for 2011, have nominated both reigning Road March and Soca Monarch, Machel Montano, and Groovy Soca Monarch Kes Dieffenthaller of Kes the Band for the prestigious award in the category of Best Caribbean Performance with their hit singles, “Bend Over” and “Wotless”.
