PATT CHRISTOPHER - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Attorney-at-Law and Communications Specialist, Patt Christopher, serves as the organisation’s Chief Executive Officer. 

Ms. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad.   She is also certified from the Cranfield University School of Management, the University of Boston College of Communication, and the University of Windsor in areas spanning General Management, Communications and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and has completed various business related programmes including Project Management, Finance, Industrial Relations, Behavioural skills, Strategic Marketing Management and Information Technology. She is presently pursuing her MBA. 

Christopher who describes herself as ‘’results-driven’’,  has over 15 years of strategic leadership experience, during which she successfully created and led various multi-skilled teams throughout her career.  She has also held Executive level positions in non-profit organisations.

NICHOLAS LUE SUE - MANAGER, MEDIA LICENCING

Nicholas Lue Sue is the Manager, Media Licensing at COTT with over 10 years experience in Intellectual Property Law and management. Prior to joining COTT, Mr. Lue Sue has been very active with Intellectual Property Office in the Ministry of Legal Affairs, where he was very instrumental in designing the national Intellectual Property Policy. He also served as an advisor to creators on their Intellectual Property rights, protection and management. 

At COTT, he has been very proactive in the antipiracy drive, licensing of music in media and influencing broadcasters within Trinidad and Tobago to secure their licenses to broadcast. Mr. Lue Sue is a graduate from University of the West Indies and is presently pursuing his Masters in Intellectual Property Law at the University of London. He was elected to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Intellectual Property Management Institute.

JOSH RUDDER - MANAGER, DOCUMENTATION AND DISTRIBUTION 

Josh Rudder is COTT's Manager, Documentation and Distribution and also heads all Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) initiatives within the organisation. Mr. Rudder brings with him ten years of Information Technology and Management experience in areas of software development, project management, entrepreneurship and consultancy. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc.) in Computer Information Systems and has almost completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Andrews University, Michigan, USA. 

Prior to COTT, Mr. Rudder served as a Technology Consultant with the Canadian firm PSTG Consulting Ltd. and played a key role in working along with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to have all government services available online.  

AYANNA LEWIS - MANAGER, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

A certified Accountant, Ayanna Belgrave-Lewis has served as COTT’s Manager of Finance and Administration since January 2006. Her portfolio at COTT has grown throughout her tenure as she is responsible for the overall management of the organisation’s financial resources so as to ensure that COTT conforms to the guidelines and standards set by all legal, statutory and regulatory frameworks. 

Mrs. Lewis’ responsibilities also include budgetary tracking, income projections and providing guidance to the Board and Management of COTT for an effective operation.
