Trinidad & Tobago will have the pleasure of hosting the 2nd Annual Meeting of Caribbean Copyright Link

on the 28th and 29th of April 2003.

Aside from the expected ...

• CCL Board Members and Managers representing COSCAP (Barbados)
• COTT (Trinidad & Tobago)
• HMS (St. Lucia)
• JACAP (Jamaica)

... several foreign representatives have also been invited to attend the meeting. Among those invitees are:

• Mr. Patrick Masouyé (Director, WIPO)
• Mr. Eric Baptiste and Mr. David Uwemedimo (CISAC)
• Mr. Paul Berry (WIPO Consultant)
• Mr. Wayne Bickerton (SESAC)
• Ms. Alicia Morant, Mr. Joaquin Oltra and Mr. Emilio Garcia (SGAE)
• and a representative from the newly formed Antigua & Barbuda Copyright Society (ABCOS).

The meeting, just as its predecessor in Jamaica in March 2002, will once again unite the heads of the various Caribbean copyright societies in discussions that will seek to achieve improved conditions and increased royalty earnings for the rights-holders of musical works here in the region.
