Feature Presentation
Trinidad and Tobago's own Anslem Douglas, whose composition "Doggie" (Who Let the Dogs Out) won the Best Dance video award at the 2000 Grammy Awards, is to be the feature presenter . "Who Let the Dogs Out" became the North American novelty hit of 2000 when it was covered by the Baha Men of Bahamas, and in his presentation, Douglas will discuss the mechanics of the success of his composition. Noted Caribbean journalist Julian Rogers will moderate the feature presentation.

Keynote International Speakers
Main presenters include Andrew Sanders of ASCAP and Charles Sanders of the Harry Fox Agency, who will discuss the sources of income from songwriting. They will be joined by professionals in song and music composition, video production and entertainment law. These include Jamaican entertainment lawyer Lloyd Stanbury; British songwriter Guy Fletcher, who is chairman of the British Academy of Composers and Songwriters and Paul Spurgeon, General Counsel to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN).
