The Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago has embarked on its second licensing media campaign entitled the COTT R&B Award. Following the successful implementation of the COTT HOTT SPOTT for the period 2006 to 2007, COTT is embarking on a second phase award scheme focused on restaurants and bars.
After a successful launch at J. Malones last Thursday evening, COTT will start the campaign trail on August 30th 2007 with the first award being given to the Harbour Front Pub. The action is expected to kick off at 4pm.
The COTT R&B Award campaign aims to identify one Restaurant & Bar as a COTT’s choice for the Cool Joint for the month by honouring compliant licencees, chosen internally through COTT’s licensing database, with the COTT R&B Award. The chosen business is the focus for this campaign so that the spotlight is on the enterprise rather than the entrepreneur. The award is given in a Friday after-work hang out setting with an exuberant crowd (where the focus is on the bar) and with excited recognised patrons in congratulatory mode at restaurants with formal dining.
